Each one has this <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/sait.vntu.edu.ua\/en\/tematyka-dystsyplin\/\">discipline<\/a>, which is led by a teacher of the SAIT department, he publishes special sections for independent work, conducts consultations and suggests how exactly the acquired knowledge and skills can be used to implement the team&#039;s project.<\/li><li>Projects are performed by teams of students from 1 to 5 people. Team members can be students of the following specialties and educational programs:<ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/sait.vntu.edu.ua\/en\/osvitni-prohramy\/bakalavrat\/124-systemnyi-analiz-bakalavr\/\">F4 \u2013 Systems Analysis and Data Science (Bachelor) (Educational Program \u201cSystems Analysis and Artificial Intelligence\u201d) (124 \u2013 Systems Analysis, Educational Program \u201cSystems Analysis\u201d)<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/sait.vntu.edu.ua\/en\/osvitni-prohramy\/bakalavrat\/126-prykladni-informatsiini-tekhnolohii-bakalavr\/\">F6 \u2013 Information Systems and Technologies (Bachelor) (126 \u2013 Information Systems and Technologies) (educational program \u201cApplied Information Technologies\u201d)<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/sait.vntu.edu.ua\/en\/osvitni-prohramy\/126-op-informatsiini-tekhnolohii-analizu-danykh-ta-zobrazhen-mahistr\/\">F6 \u2013 Information Systems and Technologies (Master&#039;s Degree) (126 \u2013 Information Systems and Technologies) (educational program &quot;Information Technologies of Data and Image Analysis&quot;)<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p>Mixed teams of students from different courses are allowed at the same time. Also, it is allowed to participate in the teams of students of secondary schools who undergo training in the preparatory IT department of VNTU at the Faculty of IITA on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sait.vntu.edu.ua\/en\/sylabusy\/kurs-tekhnolohii-analizu-danykh\/\">courses of the SAIT department<\/a>.<\/p><p>You can participate in several teams at the same time, with the exception of participation in competitions - where everyone is a member of only one team.<\/p><p>Each team chooses a captain.<\/p><p>Trainers (or tutors) are <a href=\"https:\/\/sait.vntu.edu.ua\/en\/kafedra\/sklad-kafedry\/\">teachers or graduate students of the SAIT department<\/a> of the same specialties F4 (124) and F6 (126).<\/p><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: var(--edubin-body-font-family); font-size: 1rem;\">Training can take on the form of competitions, in the case of holding ideatons (for example, &quot;<a href=\"https:\/\/sait.vntu.edu.ua\/en\/nauka\/konkursy-i-khakatony\/ideaton-systemnyi-analiz-it-rishen\/\">System analysis of IT solutions<\/a>&quot;, which are held annually at the department among 1st-year students within the discipline &quot;Introduction to the profession&quot;, etc.), hackathons and other IT competitions with certain rules, including competitions <\/span><a style=\"font-family: var(--edubin-body-font-family); font-size: 1rem;\" href=\"https:\/\/sait.vntu.edu.ua\/en\/nauka\/konkursy-i-khakatony\/mizhn-konkurs-kaggle\/\">Kaggle<\/a><span style=\"font-family: var(--edubin-body-font-family); font-size: 1rem;\">, where the prize fund sometimes\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-family: var(--edubin-body-font-family); font-size: 1rem;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kaggle.com\/competitions\/passenger-screening-algorithm-challenge\/overview\/prizes\">reaches $1.5 mln.<\/a><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: var(--edubin-body-font-family); font-size: 1rem;\">IT companies can publish their topics of competition tasks and requirements for IT solutions (including for the purpose of selecting students for further employment), in case of guaranteeing a prize fund for the winning teams and their coaches.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: var(--edubin-body-font-family); font-size: 1rem;\">Students, in agreement with the members of their team and the coach, can use their results in the main educational activity during the performance of individual tasks, coursework and projects, qualification works, including complex<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: var(--edubin-body-font-family); font-size: 1rem;\">Team members can periodically publish the results of their work in scientific publications and conference materials, which allows you to gain additional points and apply with them for a scholarship and\/or budget places during undergraduate or master&#039;s studies.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: var(--edubin-body-font-family); font-size: 1rem;\">The developed material is actively used by students in their coursework and projects from various disciplines, bachelor&#039;s and master&#039;s theses, which can be complex, that is, one task for the whole team, where everyone is responsible for their separate part.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: var(--edubin-body-font-family); font-size: 1rem;\">In the process of training, team members can participate in training in <\/span><a style=\"font-family: var(--edubin-body-font-family); font-size: 1rem;\" title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/ininv.vntu.edu.ua\/ukr\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=41:12-06-17-news-startup-first-2017&amp;catid=34&amp;Itemid=419\">Start-up school &quot;Sikorsky Challenge&quot; in Vinnytsia at VNTU<\/a><span style=\"font-family: var(--edubin-body-font-family); font-size: 1rem;\">. Ideally, their work will grow into a real startup. But, if not, then the gained experience of working in a team and preparing and creating a certain IT solution will still be valuable.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p>Every year since 2016 among students of the 1st year of majors <a href=\"https:\/\/sait.vntu.edu.ua\/en\/osvitni-prohramy\/bakalavrat\/\">bachelor&#039;s degree of the SAIT department<\/a> is conducted <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/sait.vntu.edu.ua\/en\/nauka\/konkursy-i-khakatony\/ideaton-systemnyi-analiz-it-rishen\/\">&quot;System analysis of IT solutions&quot;<\/a>. The participation of each team member was evaluated by points in the discipline &quot;Introduction to the profession&quot; for all groups of these educational programs. Currently, the Tehrada recommends the following topics of work:<\/p><ul><li>any of the active competitions\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaggle.com\/competitions\">Kaggle<\/a>\u00a0in the field of system analysis and information technologies of artificial intelligence;<\/li><li>analysis and prediction of data from the European Aerobiological Network (we have such data and already have many joint articles with scientists from European countries and the USA on this topic);<\/li><li>creation of an analytical web portal surveying citizens regarding existing environmental problems in water bodies (under the auspices of the Southern Bug Basin Council, which is headed by the head of the SAIT department, prof. <a href=\"https:\/\/sait.vntu.edu.ua\/en\/kafedra\/sklad-kafedry\/mokin-vitalii-borysovych\/\">Mokin V.B.<\/a>);<\/li><li>modeling and forecasting of atmospheric air quality data in Ukraine (according to the station data of the SAIT department or other data from the open data portals of the Vinnytsia City Council, or\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/eco-city.org.ua\/\">EcoCity<\/a>, or\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.saveecobot.com\/maps\">SaveEcoBot<\/a>);<\/li><li>research in the field of the Internet of Things using the Sigfox station of the SAIT department;<\/li><li>improvement of the system of optimization of the parameters of a multistage technological process using learning with reinforcement in development\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sait.vntu.edu.ua\/en\/nauka\/prohrama-yes-horyzont\/\">project<\/a>\u00a0of the SAIT Department with funding from the Horizon EU Program.<\/li><\/ul><p>Registration for studies is carried out at the SAIT department (room 5408 or 5410 or via <a href=\"https:\/\/sait.vntu.edu.ua\/en\/abituriientu\/studentski-naukovi-hurtky\/prykladni-informatsiini-tekhnolohii-systemnyi-analiz-ta-shtuchnyi-intelekt\/\">Viber group of the circle<\/a>).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Project-based learning The goal is to develop students&#039; knowledge and skills in special sections of professional disciplines of professional and practical training while completing project tasks and to promote good employment of students after graduation.
