41st IEEE International Conference.
The 41st IEEE International Conference will take place from October 10-14, 2022. My report, together with associate professors from VNMU, on the topic “Intelligent Technology for Predicting the Risk of Patient`S Death from Coronavirus Based on PRINCIPLE-Methodology for Selecting Indicators Collected from Medical Devices” in the section “BIOMEDICAL ELECTRONICS AND BIOMEDICAL SIGNAL PROCESSING” has also been accepted for participation.
Our 5-page report materials successfully passed blind review by 3 reviewers. Some improvements had to be made at their request. The article is written based on real data. PRINCIPLE is an abbreviation for the names of the main criteria that the methodology takes into account. The article, together with Elena Kovalchuk and others, proposes exactly how to approach early diagnosis of COVID patients, how to then analyze these data using a Bayesian network, and how to interpret them and what conclusions to draw to reduce the risk of death of COVID patients.
Due to the war, the reports were delivered by the authors and recorded in advance as videos and are available for viewing by registered users of the conference forum. It is important to note that, due to the war, participation is free for scientists from Ukraine (upon request, each scientist was provided with a special grant from IEEE, which compensated for the cost of the contribution). Proceedings of IEEE conferences are subsequently registered in Scopus.
