On August 30, 2022, a meeting of the subcommittee on system analysis of the Scientific and Methodological Commission on IT of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine was held. During martial law, the work of the commissions elected back in 2019 continues. We discussed and updated the draft standard for higher education at the level of "Doctor of Philosophy" in specialty 124 System Analysis. We took into account the comments of experts, the latest achievements of modern information technologies, the professional standard for the group of professions "Teachers of higher education institutions", the standard for higher education at the level of "Master" in the same specialty, developed by us, has already been approved, etc.
The meeting was held online. The project was approved unanimously.
