Postgraduate studies
To train highly qualified personnel, the SAIT department trains doctors of philosophy (PhD) through postgraduate studies in two educational and scientific programs (ESPs) "Systems Analysis" in the specialty F4/124 and "Information Systems and Technologies" in the specialty F6/126.

At the SAIT department, graduate students get ample opportunities to master competencies, learning outcomes, useful knowledge and skills, which, as a rule, ensure good further employment:
- interesting professionally oriented disciplines, the content of which is updated every year;
- experienced teachers, who, as a rule, have practical experience of working in international IT companies in the subjects of their disciplines;
- possibility paid participation in scientific-research and scientific-practical projects department of international and/or domestic financing The acquired experience significantly improves the work on the dissertation and gives an opportunity to engage in truly innovative research. In addition, a similar sentence will look good in the dissertation and in the minutes of the seminar on the pre-defense of the dissertation: "He was the executor and co-author of the report on the results of scientific research for the funded project EU programs "Horizon 2020", where he systematized data from the IoT system of a grain elevator and developed a Python program to improve the artificial intelligence models necessary to optimize energy-saving modes of operation of this elevator";
- an individualized approach to the training of graduate students (in most disciplines, points are provided for various individual tasks and scientific research);
- graduate students can take participation in research at 4th research laboratories under the guidance of your supervisor and other teachers of the department, where you can test the acquired knowledge and skills on real tasks in a team with other teachers, graduate students, as well as with students, and based on the results of which you can write scientific articles and receive certificates of copyright registration for computer programs;
- the possibility of participation in international IT contests, ideatons, hackathons, including under the guidance of the department's teachers.
All under the guidance of the scientists of the SAIT department already about 50 theses have been defended "Doctor of Science", "PhD" and "Candidate of Science" levels (currently equivalent to PhD).
The effectiveness of successful defense in specialties 124 and 126 at the SAIT department is 100%, that is, all graduates defended their PhDs on time (currently, there are already 4 such graduates).
Postgraduate students are provided with a dormitory.
A developed infrastructure has been created for various leisure activities and activities in sports clubs. Among the academic supervisors of the graduate school is the champion of the Vinnytsia region in badminton and a candidate for master of sports in archery.
