The department that graduates from the ONP cooperates with the following employers: various ZVO, Vinnytsia City Council, Vinnytsia OVA (ODA), AIBODY (Great Britain), "Nestlogic" (Israel), HBP "Spilna Prasva", LLC "Analytika", "EPAM Systems", "GlobalLogic Ukraine", "INNOVINNPROM", "UTILIX.UAN" (operator of the French Sigfox in Ukraine), "Free-Arduino" (Ivano-Frankivsk), "Promavtomatyka Vinnytsia", "IQVELTIM", etc. Representatives of employers are regularly invited for discussion and periodical updating of the national educational system, are involved in the educational process through organization open lectures and meetings at VNTU, organizing excursions and conducting practical classes based on real data.

In particular, there has been active cooperation with the Vinnytsia City Council and the City Executive Committee for about 20 years:

• students and post-graduate students of the department have carried out many studies on the order of the Ministry of Education and Culture or on topics recommended by them, and according to their data, many of them have published theses at conferences and articles in professional publications, many materials have been included in their qualification and term papers and dissertations, according to some results, the head of the department made a report on the city executive committee of Vinnytsia and in a number of departments and offices;
• holding by the city council of the "AI & OpenData" Hackathon, where the head of the SAIT department was a member of the jury in all these competitions, in some the students of the department took part, in particular OPP 124 (bachelor);
• the head of the department was a member of the advisory committee on information technologies under the mayor;
• in 2019, the tender conducted by the Ministry of Interior was won, and the NDR was completed on the topic "Ecological monitoring in the field of atmospheric air protection through the development of the "Program of state monitoring in the field of atmospheric air protection of the Vinnytsia agglomeration for 2021-2025" (No. DR 0119U000715) (2021); as a result, the "Program of state monitoring in the field of atmospheric air protection of the Vinnytsia agglomeration for 2021-2025" was developed, which was approved at the level of the commissions of the Vinnytsia agglomeration and the Interdepartmental Commission under the Ministry of Environmental Protection in Kyiv, and then approved by the Ministry of Interior, currently it is on the website VMR;
• a number of students and graduates of the department were employed in units of the Ministry of Interior and the City Executive Committee (Viktorov M., Bondaletov K., Pirogovskyi A., Paevskyi B., etc.);
• employees of the IT department of the Ministry of Education, primarily V. Romanenko, hold open lectures on the subject of applied system analysis and IT for the department's OP candidates.

Vinnytsia OVA (State Administration) and Vinnytsia Regional Council - active cooperation for more than 15 years:

• students and post-graduate students of the department have carried out a lot of research at the request of the units of the Regional State Administration or on topics recommended by them, and according to their data, many of them have published theses at conferences and articles in professional publications, many materials have been included in their qualification and term papers and dissertations, according to some results the head of the department made a report at the regional council, at meetings of its subcommittees, and in a number of departments and offices;
• 4 farm contractual NDRs were completed (at the order of the State Administration of Vinnytsia and its subdivisions) - in 2021, together with INNOVINNPROM LLC, the State Monitoring Program in the field of atmospheric air protection of the "Vinnytsia" zone for 2022-2025 was developed, which was approved at the level of Vinnytsia commissions zone (region) and the Interdepartmental Commission under the Ministry of Environmental Protection in Kyiv, and then approved by the regional council, the post-graduate student Shmundyak D. took part in the implementation; the geo-information cadastre of water bodies of the Vinnytsia region was created and implemented (2018), recommendations and an algorithm for the creation, organization and functioning of the operative dispatch center at the department of housing and communal services, energy and infrastructure of the Vinnytsia regional state administration were developed (2017); the Regulations on the Geoinformation Center for Development Management and the Town Planning Cadastre of the Vinnytsia Region (2009) were developed;
• a number of students and graduates of the department were employed in units of the Vinnytsia Regional Government (ODA) or the Vinnytsia Regional Council (Svystun P. and others).

There is active cooperation with INNOVINNPROM LLC (Lviv, previously in Vinnytsia):

• on the subcontract of this LLC at the VNTU, 2 RDPs were executed: "Development of information technologies for optimizing the operation of a grain elevator using neural network models and reinforcement learning methods" (2022-2023) funded by the EU Horizon program, in which the winners of OP 124 participated (bachelor), 126 (bachelor) and ONP 124 PhD; the State Monitoring Program in the field of atmospheric air protection of the "Vinnytsia" zone for 2022-2025 was developed, which was approved at the level of commissions of the Vinnytsia zone (region) and the Interdepartmental Commission under the Ministry of Environmental Protection in Kyiv, and then approved by the regional council, PhD student Shmundyak participated in the implementation D. (ONP 124 PhD);
• consortium ("INNOVINNPROM", VNTU, etc.) submitted a new request for the EU "Horizon" program (DRG4Food) in the field of creation and implementation of intelligent information technologies for the development of the agrarian sector, the project team involved post-graduate students of ONP PhD 124 and 126 and OPP 126( master's degree) of the department;
• joint seminars are held in the field of IoT applications, including SigFox IoT technologies;
• Deputy Technical Director Luhverchyk A. every year holds open lectures for applicants of all 5 OPs of the department on the subject of IT project management and their commercialization.

There is active cooperation with the NGO "Free-Arduino" (Ivano-Frankivsk):

• a joint agreement was signed in the sphere of implementation of the system of public monitoring of the state of the atmospheric air, a station of this monitoring system was installed at the VNTU with sponsor funds (in the NDL EDEM room 5112 of the department);
• an agreement on access to the "Researcher's Office" was signed (responsible for processing data from this office is PhD student 124 Shmundyak D.), data processing is done by students of all OPs, primarily PhD students 124 Shmundyak D. and V. Kopniak;
• the prospects for the development of public express water monitoring are being discussed.

There is active cooperation with the Southern Bug Water Resources Basin Management (BUVR PB) (Mokin V. has personally led it since 1997, the SAIT department since its creation in 2004):

• active scientific research is being conducted on the application of modern IT and GIS for tasks and according to the data of BUVR PB, based on the results of which 1 dissertation for obtaining the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences was defended (Mokin V., 2006), 5 dissertations for obtaining the degree of Ph.D. . from the specialty 05.13.06 under the guidance of Mokin V. - the authors were the current associate professors of the faculty. SAIT E. Kryzhanovskyi, I. Varchuk, published hundreds of scientific publications, including in co-authorship with employees of BUVR PB;
• Mokin V. was the chairman of the basin council of the Southern Bug (2018-01.2024), and Kryzhanovskyi E., Varchuk I., and Dratovany M. during 2019-2023 were members of the IT section of the water resources management commission of this council;
• in 2005-2006, VNTU carried out a research project commissioned by BUVR PB, where a GIS of water resources and hydrotechnical structures was created, the experience of which was then spread in almost all regions and basins of Ukraine and in Moldova within the framework of international projects and state-contracted research projects, where scientific the manager was Mokin V., and the responsible executor was E. Kryzhanovskyi.

Active cooperation with LLC "UTILIX.UAN" (operator of the French Sigfox in Ukraine) is underway (since 2021):

• before the Russian invasion, joint scientific seminars in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT) based on SigFox technologies were held every month;
• the company, under the terms of sponsorship, in accordance with the joint Memorandum, handed over the French IoT station and a number of equipment for it, with the use of which the applicants (primarily, PhD student 126 D. Honcharenko) and teachers of the department SAIT has already assembled a number of really working devices, based on the results of their work, interesting information has been collected and a number of conference abstracts have been published, a professional article has been published, and a bachelor's thesis on specialty 126 has been prepared (Tsvihun A.).

Before the Russian invasion, negotiations were held with "Promavtomatika Vinnytsia" LLC, with the participation of a graduate student of ONP 124 PhD Shalagaya D., regarding the preparation for the creation of a system for observing solar activity to study the potential of using solar ECs.

Analytika LLC, where a branch of the SAIT department is located, is conducting work on the analysis of roofs based on aerial photography data, with the participation of a post-graduate student of ONP 126 PhD Komenchuk O., the teachers of the department there are undergoing advanced training in the field of modern IT, GIS and various programming languages.

Specialists of the Joint Business Enterprise (Vinnytsia), especially V. Storchak (who in 2013 completed his postgraduate studies at the SAIT department and defended his thesis for the degree of Ph.D. in the specialty 05.13.06 Information technologies under the supervision of Mokin V. .), every year they hold open lectures for the winners of all OPs of the department in the field of artificial intelligence and programming technologies.

There is active cooperation with the Research Institute of Machine and Systems Modeling of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, with the participation of the graduate student 126 PhD Losenko A. regarding the analysis and forecasting of the number of coronavirus patients in Ukraine.
