Today was the 3rd of 10 days of online training on international internship at the University of Tartu (Estonia) within the framework of the project "Development of innovative capacity and entrepreneurial competence of Ukrainian universities: sharing best practice of Estonia (UnivEntre)". Teachers are taught how to teach students to develop startups. As a practical task, students themselves must first develop a startup at the level of concept, economic justification, etc. (practical implementation is not required), in accordance with methodological guidelines, requirements and templates.
All students are divided into 15 teams. At the first meeting, students proposed ideas, and others chose them. These 15 were chosen by the majority of students. My team consists of 5 people, including from our department SAIT FIITA VNTU: 2 professors, 2 associate professors and an assistant - teachers of IT, economics and law - Ella Derkach, Misha Dratovany and others.
Teaching is conducted in English. The students also report in English. As the captain of the Smart-Food-Cook team, I reported twice today on the developments of our team. Tomorrow will be the 4th day of training. Part of the course was planned to be held in person in Kyiv, but now the program has been adjusted and it will be entirely online.
