Basic version of the notebook "Air Quality – Vinnytsia City Station forecasting"

Today, December 1, 2022, at the practical classes of Prof. Mokin V.B. together with master's students of the 2IST-22m group, specialty 126 IST, prepared the basic version of the notebook "Air Quality - Vinnytsia City Station forecasting" (https://www.kaggle.com/…/air-quality-vinnytsia-city…), which allows to model and forecast the value of the atmospheric air quality indicator at the given post of the public monitoring system of the city. Vinnytsia of the all-Ukrainian network "EcoCity", which this laptop automatically downloads via API (the specified number of recent values) from the open data site of the Vinnytsia City Council https://opendata.gov.ua/…/f0c7b7ad-dfba-40c6-bd14…. The laptop uses a simple algorithm to detect anomalies and take them into account in a special way, which is provided by the Facebook Prophet model. So far, the accuracy is not very high, but it is a blank for use by students during the performance of laboratory, course and qualification tasks.
