Advanced training and training of teachers

The ZVO has developed and approved the Regulation "On improving the qualifications of the NPP of the VNTU (https://vntu.edu.ua/uploads/2020/polmiz.pdf), the purpose of which is to improve the professional training of teachers by improving previously acquired or acquiring new competencies, etc.

У ВНТУ існують освітні програми професійного розвитку (підвищення кваліфікації) викладачів ВНТУ, які дозволяють викладачам проходити безкоштовно навчання з освітньої тематики. Наприклад, у 2021 році доцент кафедри САІТ Варчук І.В. пройшла підвищення кваліфікації «Розвиток професійно-педагогічної компетентності викладачів. Модуль ІІІ. Інструменти формування 4К-компетенції у студентів», 1 кредит. У 2022 році доцент Жуков С.О. пройшов підвищення кваліфікації Розвиток професійно-педагогічної кваліфікації викладачів: «Використання інноваційних освітніх технологій у викладанні професійних дисциплін для студентів спеціальностей "Системний аналіз" та "Інформаційні системи та технології" в умовах змішаного навчання», 1 кредит, а старший викладач Присяжнюк В. В. – «Використання хмарних технологій в освітньому процесі», 4 кредити. У 2023 році доцент кафедри САІТ Жуков С.О. пройшов підвищення кваліфікації «Розвиток професійно-педагогічної кваліфікації викладачів. Модуль 1. Педагогічна комунікація в сучасному освітньому середовищі», 2 кредити. Також у 2023 році старший викладач кафедри САІТ Присяжнюк В.В та доцент кафедри САІТ Жуков С.О. пройшли підвищення кваліфікації «Розвиток професійно-педагогічної кваліфікації викладачів. Модуль 3. Інструменти формування 4К-компетенцій у студентів», 2 кредити. У 2025 році асистент кафедри Штельмах І.М. пройшов підвищення кваліфікації «Створення електронного інформаційного освітньо-наукового середовища для змішаного та дистанційного навчання», 4 кредити.

Thanks to the contract between VNTU and Coursera, teachers and students can improve their qualifications in the courses of the world's leading educational programs. For example, professors of the Faculty of Economics promoted her in this way. SAIT Mokin V.B. and Mokin O.B. (https://sait.vntu.edu.ua/uk/kafedra/mizhnarodni-kursy/). In general, Prof. Mokin O.B. has more than 50 online course certificates (https://www.linkedin.com/in/abmokin/), most of them in the fields of intelligent IT and applied system analysis.

V.B. Mokin has completed more than 10 online courses, primarily on Coursera.

At the department, considerable attention is paid to improving qualifications through participation in competitions and in the development of public notebook programs on artificial intelligence in Python (scientific and educational programs) based on the Kaggle platform (USA). In particular, Mokin V.B. became the first data scientist in Ukraine to receive the title of "Kaggle Notebooks Grandmaster" in the nomination of developers of public notebooks and the title of "Kaggle Datasets Master" for the creation of public datasets, and prof. café SAIT Mokin O.B. received a gold medal and the title of Kaggle Competitions Master for winning the deep machine learning and system image analysis competition. Teachers pass on this experience to students, especially graduate students. After V. Mokin, the title of Kaggle Notebooks Grandmaster was awarded to Ya. Isayenkov (ONP 126 PhD) and L. Kulyk (ONP 126 PhD).

Also, NPPs improve their qualifications at foreign universities within the framework of grant programs:

• Ph.D. Assoc. SAIT Zhukov S.O. (guarantor of OP 124 (bachelor), member of the support group of OP 126 (bachelor), scientific supervisor of MKR 126 (master), scientific supervisor of post-graduate students from ONP 124 PhD) completed an internship (University of Economics in Krakow, Poland, 2019) "New and innovative teaching methods. The system of higher education in Europe", certificate No. 2172/MSAP/2019;
• chief café SAIT Mokin V.B., Assoc. café E.M. Kryzhanovskyi and Zhukov S.O. and art. vyk. Irritated M.V. in 2022, completed the "Teaching entrepreneurship at university" internship at the University of Tartu from the School of Economics and Business Administration, 3 credits;
• associate professor of the SAIT Department Varchuk I.V. completed an internship abroad at Lublin University of Technology, Information technology of data analysis and process modeling, in 2021, 4 credits.
• доцент кафедри САІТ Проценко Д.П. пройшов стажування Electronic and Information Technologies Department, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Faculty of Lublin University of Technology, «Use of new knowledge in the development of technologies in the field of research of image processing, machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence, development, research and application of information systems and technologies in the energy system» у 2021 році, 6 кредитів;
• associate professor of the SAIT Department Kozachko O.M. graduated from EQVELTIM LLC in 2024, 3 credits.
• асистент кафедри Шмундяк Д.О. пройшов стажування за кордоном в Univetsity of Bialystok, Faculty of Education, Poland, «Teaching and research in a contemporary university: trends, challenges and future direction», у 2024 році, 6 кредитів;
• доц. Крижановський Є.М., доц. Жуков С.О., та доц. Войцеховська О.О. пройшли стажування за кордоном (Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, Germany) “Digital Future: Blended Learning”, у 2024 році, 6 кредитів;
• доцент кафедри Горячев Г.В. у 2024 році пройшов стажування за кордоном «Fundraising and organization of project activities in educational establishments: European experience» в Jagiellonian University, Poland, 6 кредитів;
• зав. каф. САІТ Мокін В.Б. пройшов стажування за кордоном, Scaling Ukrainian Business in the Context of War and Post-War Reconstruction (USA), у 2025 році, 0.05 кред.;
• доц. каф. Войцеховська О.О. та доц. САІТ Жуков С.О. у 2025 році пройшли стажування за кордоном University of Pittsburgh, USA, “US – Ukraine Cooperation for a Sustainable Future”, 1 кредит;
• зав. кафедри, проф. Мокін В.Б., доц. Жуков С.О., доц. Крижановський Є.М., доц. Войцеховська О.О., доц. Варчук І.В., ст. викладач Присяжнюк В.В. пройшли стажування: “Magneto-rheological Materials and Their Potential Applications”, “Perovskite solar cells: progress and advancements”, “Generative Artificial Intelligence” в Lanzhou University of Technology, China, у 2025 році, 6 кредитів.

НПП періодично проходять стажування в провідних ІТ-компаніях. Наприклад, доц. Жуков С.О., доц. Крижановський Є.М., та асистент Войцеховська О.О. у 2021 році пройшли стажування в ТОВ «Давінту Україна», 3 кредити. Доцент кафедри САІТ Козачко О.М. пройшов стажування в ТОВ «ІКВЕЛТІМ» у 2024 р., 3 кредити.

Professional development is regularly carried out through participation in scientific conferences, through examination of specialized articles (reviewers are the majority of associate professors of the department), including in international Scopus editions (Mokin V.B. and Mokin O.B.).

Mokin O.B. during 2016-2017 he was the chairman of the Ukrainian youth section of the world's largest technical professional organization Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) ("Chair of IEEE Ukraine Section Young Professionals Affinity Group").

Mokin V.B. during 2007-2023, he was an expert of UN (UNEP, UNDP), EU, UNESCO, GEF, etc. projects.

Також, усі викладачі мають мінімум 1 освітній сертифікат у “Дія.Освіта”. Так, у 2023 році викладачі кафедри пройшли на освітньому порталі Дія. Освіта, Міністерство цифрової трансформації України ряд онлайн-курсів, зокрема: доц. Козачко О.М. пройшов онлайн-курс «QA – тестувальник», 0.1 кред.; проф. Мокін В.Б., проф. Мокін Б.І., проф. Мокін О.Б. та ст. викладач Дратований М.В. пройшли онлайн-курс «ChatGPT для підвищення власної ефективності» 0.1 кред.; доц. Крижановський Є.М. пройшов онлайн-курс «Датааналітик. SQL та Puwer BI» 0.1 кред.; проф. Мокін В.Б., доц. Горячев Г.В. і ст. викладач Войцеховська О.О. пройшли онлайн-курс «Відкриті дані для бізнесу», 0.2 кред.; доц. Жуков С.О. та ст. викладач Дратований М.В. пройшли онлайн-курси «Датааналітик. Вступ до Excel», 0.1 кред. та «Програмування для новачків» 0.2 кредита; 0.1 кред.; ст. викладач Войцеховська О.О. та доц. Проценко Д.П. пройшли онлайн-курс «Створення та розвиток ІТ-продуктів», 0.2 кред.; ст. викладач Дратований М.В. пройшов онлайн-курси: «Стартуй стартап», 0.1 кред., «Криптограмотність та блокчейн. Модуль 1», 0.6 кред., «Криптограмотність та блокчейн. Модуль 2», 0.6 кред. У 2024 році асистент кафедри Штельмах І.М. пройшов онлайн-курс «Створення та розвиток IT-продуктів» на освітньому порталі Дія.Освіта, Міністерство цифрової трансформації України, 0.2 кредита.

Improving the pedagogical skills of teachers

VNTU stimulates the development of teaching skills, including material and professional incentives:

• VNTU annually hosts a competition for pedagogical skills based on the regulations (https://vntu.edu.ua/uploads/2020/pedm.pdf), a competition for the best educational literature (https://docs.vntu.edu.ua/card. php?lang=en&id=2048), (handbook of SAIT department professors Mokina B.I., Mokina V.B. and Mokina O.B. "Functional analysis adapted to applied problems in the field of information technologies" (2020) won the prize : https://iq.vntu.edu.ua/repository/getfile.php/5581.pdf);
• an annual seminar for improving pedagogic skills of VNTU is held, the results of which are confirmed by the order of the ZVO and teachers receive appropriate certificates;
• teachers are sent for internships in other higher education institutions of Ukraine and abroad (see above).
