On April 12, 2019, an OSCE training was held at Vinnytsia National Technical University within the framework of the Global Environment Facility project "Promoting Transboundary Cooperation and Integrated Water Resources Management in the Dniester River Basin" on working with a web-based system for constructing and forecasting the water balance of the Dniester River Basin, which was developed in 2015-2017 and improved during 2018-2019 with OSCE funding by the Head of the Department of System Analysis, Computer Monitoring and Engineering Graphics, Professor of VNTU V. Mokin.
