On December 13, 2021, a meeting was held between the director of the company "UTILIX.UAN", which is the operator of the French company Sigfox in Ukraine (Sigfox Ukraine), Dmytro Ozerov, and the rector of Vinnytsia National Technical University (VNTU), Viktor Bilichenko, within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation.
